Efforix Essentials (a service of Efforix) collects and processes personal information in line with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This page summarises what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking history, location for bookings, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To match you with cleaning professionals, process payments, send booking confirmations and updates, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
